My shit list - all of 1 person

My father -
he will be on my sh!t list forever, until he dies a miserable death alone because he's alienated all of his family. He chose to move to the middle east about a year and a half ago to avoid child support collections from my brother and I growing up, he'd was pissed that he was having his wages attached, he never helped my mom and owes back child support of over $ 400,000.00!

He can rot in hell for all I care. He sends me e-mails now to dating websites knowing that I am married. He cheated on my mom numerous times and is a known womanizer throughout the world. He walked out on my mom when I was 3. My mom was unemployed, had 2 small children, he maxed out every credit card they had and left her with a house payment.

My mom took 10 years to clear here credit - my mom is truly my hero and inspiration.

Wheew - that was long, I'm sorry. Obvious bad feelings and relationship with him (sperm donor)

My Mom

My mom fell yesterday afternoon. She called me at work at 4:00, telling me that I should come check on her after I get off. My heart fell, I started freaking out, worrying about how bad it may have been, etc.

I get there at 5:15 after racing over after work. She had fell outside in the backyard on the brick walkway, on her side where she had her Breast removed, and here face. She made an appointment for Kaiser to check her out at 7:00. She was bruised up, on her ribs, and she has a broken blood vessel in her eye, and probably will have a black eye. I was relieved that it was not as bad as it could have been. I love my mom so much. I worry so much.

AF Came Finally!

Well this morning AF decided to show up 6 days late. I am so relieved, after testing and getting a - it was a relief. I knew I wasn't Pg. yet. Just want to start counting so I can start TTC again. Yippee!

Another update on my mom

Well today we (my mom, grandma, great aunt and I) went to see my mom's Oncologyst. I was prepared with all my notes and documents to fire him.

I ripped him a new one, I was very strong and held my ground that I felt that - point blank receiving the best treatment she could be and that we WERE going to get a second opinion. I told him my dissapointment of her changed diagnosis after 8 months.

I was very pleased with the results and although I know he felt like he was being attacked, he at the end agreed with my voice and told me that if he were me that he'd do the same thing if it were his mom.

I feel very good, although still worried about the re-occurance that may or may not occur. It's left in God's hands, which I can handle. My mom and I are going to start going to a Catholic Church and get confirmed as a Catholic, it will be a good experience for my mom and I to go through together.

TTC Update & Mom update

Well, Just another boring Monday - no AF yet. I'm patiently waiting to see if she'll visit today. I'm getting an anxious feeling over this, I'm starting to worry that I had a M.C. last month, I had some signs, but did not go to get checked out. If I don't start by tomorrow morning....

My Mom has her last 2 infusions of Chemo on Tuesday (4/8/08 and 4/15/08) We are meeing with her Oncologyst to discuss her IBC. I am bringing my notes and blasting him - firing him and getting my mom a second opinion. Thank God. I hope all goes well.

Tomorrow is my Birthday

I'm off of work tomorrow - they give us our B-days off or a floating holiday. I chose the day, I'm going to spend the day with my mom, maybe go my my hubby's salon to get my hair styled. We're going out to dinner with my mom, grandma, brother and his wife and my niece and nephew! I love spending time with my family, it makes me so happy! I'll be the big 31 -whoopty-do.

I hope that the weekend will be fun and relaxing. I need a break. I still feel a bit of sadness....please go away sadness, please.

hope

Hope is a belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life. Hope implies a certain amount of despair, wanting, wishing, suffering or perseverance — i.e., believing that a better or positive outcome is possible even when there is some evidence to the contrary.

I still have hope that my friends and my mom will get better from the disease.

I've lost a friend to cancer already, it hurts. I have two friends that are fighting now.
